Why do you only hire Indoors?

 

For many years we have done outside hires, due to a combination of several factors we have changed direction of our business. We now only supply Toddler Bouncy castles and Soft play. For Hygiene reasons and due that due to the huge increase in Hall Bookings we have decided to concentrate in this area. The only thing reliable about the English weather is that it is unreliable, hiring a venues offers great benefits

 

With a Hall there is no risk of cancellation (Due to weather). Parents have a set time for the party, which allows them to both plan and relax after what can be a stressful run up to the event and the day itself.
 

In addition your property and belongings are less likely to get damaged due to the potential 20 plus children all understandably excited running about your house.
Do you set up the bouncy castle or are we required to do the setting up? We do all the setting up so all the hassle is taken away.

 

Are Dereham Castles fully insured?

Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance for Installation of the equipment, Accidents damage and Theft would be down to the hirer, 90% of people do not however we can only recommend you gain your own insurance for the event to cover these eventualities. You can take out a day policy insurance from approx £25.00 from http://leisureinsure.co.uk/event-insurance/day-cover-for-inflatables

 

What safety equipment is supplied with the bouncy castles?

All our bouncy castles come with, crash mats, sandbags and ground sheets as required. Safety instruction are supplied in printed form which require signing by the customer and there is a user amount label on all our castles.

 

Do you have a cancellation fee policy?

We will not charge you as long as we receive at least 1 hours notice.

 

Do you have set delivery times?

We aim to deliver between approx 30 minutes before your party time as standard.And Collect approximately 15 minutes after the party to allow us to exit the venue in time.

 

Are there any extra costs for extension hire or generator hire?

All our bouncy castles come with air fans and a 25 metre extension cable free of charge. We do not hire Generators.

How much notice should I give before booking?

You may book anytime but we advise to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

When are your castles available?

We only hire Weekends or Bank Holidays

 

What’s included in the price?

The price includes the set-up of the bouncy castle/inflatable with the correct safety equipment so it's ready to use. Also included is collecting and packing away the castle and equipment at the end of the hire.

 

How long does it take to set up?

One castle will take roughly 20 mins to fully set-up and roughly 30 mins to pack away some times longer for bigger packages

 

How long is the hire for?

Anything between 1 & 6 hours. When booking specify the time you need the equipment ready for and when you will be finished and we will confirm with you.

 

How do I pay?

We are currently taking payments by cash upon delivery.

 

Do I need to leave a deposit?

Only if you are taking out one of our party plans.

 

Where can the castle be set up?

We only set up in indoor venues. We will not set up outside on soil, concrete, stones or sand at all.

 

How much space will I need?

The space needed is specified under each item.

 

Is there anything I need to provide apart from payment?

We supply all the hardware for the castle. You will need to provide access to a standard 13 amp mains power supply you will need to sign a disclaimer when hiring. Full terms & conditions can be viewed by clicking on the top bar where is says Terms.

 

Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
