THIS SLIDE LOOKS FUN!,UNFORTUNETLY IT IS A COMPLETEMISBUILD&DANGEROUS,WORRYINGLYTHERE ARE LOTS OF UNITS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE LIKE THIS THAT HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY FROM NEW. ALSO THIS UNIT WOULD NEVER PASS AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND THEREFORE LIKELY NEVER TO HAVE BEEN FOR AN ANNUAL INSPECTION.
WHAT IS PIPA
WOULD YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN USE A CAR WITH NO MOT OR INSURANCE?Then why use equipment that has not been annually inspected or worse manufactured incorrectly?
PIPA is an inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry to ensure
that children’s inflatable play equipment conforms to laid down standards(BSEN14960:E).
All four of the industry’s trade associations have co-operated in setting up the
scheme and it is wholeheartedly supported by the Health and Safety Executive
who were consulted at every stage of the scheme’s development
DON'T RISK YOU OR YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, use only equipment with a current PIPA/RPII certificate.
The PIPA scheme is supported by the whole industry and was developed in partnership with the Health and Safety Executive
A PIPA tag means:
- Designed to recognised standard based on safety
- Tested by nationally qualified inspector
- Equipment approved for commercial use

AS A MINIMUM ENSURE WHAT YOU HIRER HAS A CURRENT RPII/PIPA SAFETY CERTIFICATE FOR ANY INFLATABLE BEING HIRED FOR REWARD NO EVIDENCE OF THIS COULD SUGGEST THAT
- ANY INSURANCE THE HIRERS HAS IS INVALID
- THE EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE HIRED COULD BE DANGEROUS OR NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
IF THE UNIT HAS A CERTIFICATE CHECK THE FOLLOWING
- HAS THE DATE EXPIRED?
- HAS THE TEST BEEN PERFORMED BY A REGISTERED RPII/ADIPS TESTER(THESE ARE THE ONLY RECOGNISED COMPETENT PEOPLE BY LAW) IF IN DOUBT ASK YOUR HIRER
FOR A LIST OF CURRENT RPII INSPECTORS CLICK ON THE RPII LOGO(LEFT) TO BE DIRECTED TO THE MAIN SITESome inflatables do not fall into the scope of PIPA
(An inflatable thats primary purpose is not bouncing or sliding).
